What's the Difference Between Workspace and New Project?

Hi. What's major difference between Workspace and New Project? Where do you use each one generally? Is there any good tutorial out there how to use the XCode 4.2.1 UI? It's a major overhaul from the last two version I think.

The main difference between a workspace and a project is a workspace can contain mulitple projects. You would use a workspace if you were working on a group of related projects. Place the projects in the workspace so you can work on them in one place.
