ical not syncing icloud/4Sphone/Macbook pro with Lion and ipad(os5). ugh

Can anyone help? Everything was working until icloud came into the equation. From other people's support posts it may be because i might have more than one apple ID. ( happy to have just one, but can't see where I can combine all the accounts.)

Is there an easy answer or is this going to take hours?
