How can I change from USA to Thailand?

Only if you are physically located in Thailand, you have a credit card from a bank there, and you have a billing address in Thailand.

I live in Thailand now but when I tried to change my credit card it didn't work coz only USA for the country. How can I change my account to Thailand from USA. Thanks

That is correct, you cannot use a US credit card for an account in Thailand.

As explained, you have to have a credit card from Thailand, and a billing address from Thailand.

I mean I wanted to change my credit card to Thai credit card but didn't allow me to change the country. It shown only USA. How can I change from USA to Thailand? That was my question Thank you

You need to first change your Apple IDs country to Thailand. When that is done, you will be requested to change your Payment method to a Thai based payment method.

You cannot use a Thai Payment Method in the U.S. iTunes Store.
