My iphone 4 is not displaying anything, its on, callers can call me and text me but i cant see or hear anything. It is not even detected by the computer. Its just blank.. What to do??? 😟

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. How can you say others can call or text you when you don't hear or see anything??? In what way in the phone "on"?
Did you try resetting the phone (press both the home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears)?

ANd i got to know about the phones and msgs when i tried calling myself from other number... the ring was going but i cudnt hear or see anything on my iphone... But now its fine 🙂

is this a manufacturing fault.
Who knows since you didn't even give any info such as your phone model, iOS version, what you're doing when it froze or how often. Most of the time it's due to hacked/jailbroken software.

I never even try to jail break it.
it has happened 2nd time to it on 24/05/2012, this time i applied you way.
Earlier it froze around 06/01/2012, this time when my friend fixed it, i am not sure what he did.
