Does anyone know how to delete certificates that are used for VPN connections?

We issue certificates for the VPN client on the iPad and the certificates are placed in the KeyStore and now we want to delete those certificates. But when you create/edit a VPN profile we see certificates but have no way to delete them?

Because of changes in our VPN infrastructure there are old certificates that are no longer valid but are being used for the VPN certificate.

If anyone can provide some assistance on how to delete those certs that are part of a keystore thank you in advance.
