well i called tnt on 131150 and spoke with a friendly customer service rep who informated me that the item is due for delivery tomorrow and is still going through the process of coming into the country. i'll wait until tomorrow and see if the status has updated or not. i find it a little strange that this is the explanation when the item came into the country through sydney and is now is brisbane. you'd think if customs checks and the rest were to be done they'd all be done in sydney first before moving the package on. in any case... patience is a virtue!
