Q: office 14.1.4 killed outlook sync and data

Updated office 2011 14.1.4 a few hours ago. Killed the sync between outlook and ical etc. as well as all data (calender and contacts) in ical and adress book and subsequently all respective data on my iphone.

Seems to be one of these fabulous performance updates by microsoft.

Any ideas or similar experience?

office 2011 for mac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I know this doesn't solve your problem directly, but honestly MS Office for mac is terrible. Why do people still use it? LibreOffice is free and it's compatible with MS Office, runs on mac quite well. http://www.libreoffice.org
