iPad is disabled and won't allow password. iTunes says can't download because I need to put in password but the screen is frozen says iPad is disabled. What do I need to do to fix this?

You will need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to restore it so that you can unlock the device. You want to use the computer that you always sync with so that you will be able to retrieve all of your data and settings.
