How do I transfer contacts from samsung seek

My Samsung Seek will not connect via bluetooth to the Iphone. The iphone will not connect via bluetooth to my windows 7 computer which was able to import the samsung contacts. How can I move the contacts from my Seek to my Iphone?

Put the SIM from the Samsung in the iPhone. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Import SIM Contacts. Import, then put the iPhone SIM back in.
