My Apple ID problems.  Nowhere to turn and this is the closest I could get.


Have an account ID that I cannot change the password.  For some reason, it does not acknowledge the correct birthday to allow me to go on to the security question.  If I choose the email notification, it is not sending it to any of my email accounts.  So, no way to reset it and no one to help since the automated phone "helper" just cycles back to sending me to the website.


Any place to go and get help?
