siri dialing 911

If I were to say, "Siri, call 911 and report a traffic accident at this current location" , does anyone know what it would do. I'm not sure how to test it, but it could come in handy in an emergency.

If you tell Siri to call a number, it calls the number.

Siri does not "report a traffic accident" or any other issue to the other party on the phone. YOU do that by talking to them.

Siri will not dial 911. It will, however, dial any other combination of <number>11 - 311, 411 et cetera, all work.

It won't dial it even if you create a contact. The old Voice Control also won't dial 911, however it WILL dial, if you have it in your contact list.

I have called Apple about the issue and they haven't given any explanation for this behaviour, which is clearly intentional, but not explained anywhere.
