How do I change registration of an iPhone. My old Apple ID stopped working. I have a new Apple ID and all my devices are registered under the old ID

Sign out of your old Apple account and log back in with your new information. Click the App Store app on your iPhone and select "sign out". Then, sign back in with your new email address. Also, connect to iTunes and do the same thing through the Apple Store.
what if - you want to put the info on your Iphone INTO your computer because you had a drive crash - and discover that your Itunes is registered to your OLD Iphone and threatens to erase your Iphone if you try to sync it to your computer?
I guess what I'm really asking is how do you unregister one phone and put in a new one?
