If you're running Mac OSX Lion, it's automatically included. If you're running Snow Leopard, you need to first make sure you have the Mac App Store: run a software update and it will come up.Then search for FaceTime and download for 99 cents. If you're running Mac OSX Leopard or lower, then you unfortunately can't get FaceTime 😟
