Safari login issues

when using Safari, if I go to sites that require login and password, after I enter them and login, i end up back at the same place as before - login screen.

I am getting this on more than one site, but my wife's phone does not have the issue - she is not on IOS 5.0.1

Started this afternoon, no issues this morning.
