I want to remove an older iPod touch from my Apple ID, but I cannot find the "Manage Devices" settings anywhere under my iTunes account. Is there a way to do this? I don't want the device under my name or found after I input its serial number. I followed the instructions in Article HT4627 on how to remove the device, but that particular setting is missing.

Apparently it was updated for 10.5.1 while that's not the latest version the feature shouldn't have moved for 10.5.2. If it was updated it wasnt updated correctly because there is no manage devices under the account information screen. Or it's so well hidden it's unfunctionable.
I have some friends who have sync there iPhones with my computer. And I want to deny them access to my apple Id and the information on it. That's why it's important I do so remotely.
For an update that's changed from x.x.1 to x.x.2 doesn't mean a significant change to the entire way the iTunes account works. I think I had this before 10.5. I wasn't able to view my account info.
And this isn't just only on my Mac. When I go on other computers with iTunes and log in, I still don't see the device manager.
If you had this problem before November 14th then yes, iTunes had this problem even with version 10.3. I know I update my iTunes when ever I'm able so I only have experience with the 10.5.
I was thinking about uninstalling iTunes 10.5 and install an older version like 10.3 and see if I can manage device that way.
Ah, okay. Let me know what you find. May have to revert to iTunes 9.
