I'm using the iPhoto functionality of tagging faces but sometimes when I tag my friend facebook account from iphoto and then i share the picture to Facebook, the friend's facebook account doesn't sync, it's only the name without a profile's link that appears, Why ?

This is not clear
The basic operation is that facebook uses the e-mail address that you put in a users information in iPhoto to link to their Facebook profile - so if the e-mail you use in iPhoto does not exactly match their facebook email then it does not find them

What email? The one used in the login or the user@facebook.com?
iPhoto doesn't sync all my friends faces with Facebook !
