  New iPad2 owner. I received the verification e-mail for my Apple id but it says the password is invalid when I sign in to Facetime. I performed the password reset at iforgot.apple.com but I never get the e-mail it allegedly sends. When I try to lookup my Apple id it says it doesn't exist. Am I doing something wrong?
