I was using my iPod Touch (3rd gen and 32gb) and the screen just randomly became white. Although the touch sensors still work because when I'm at the lock screen and I slide the unlock button I hear the noise of it unlocking and the screen becomes less bright. I already tried restoring it. What else can I do to fix it? Also, if I try to take screenshots they show up on my computer.

Try this First... You will Not Lose Any Data...
Turn the iPod Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the iPod On...

I already tried that. The restore did restore the iPod, but the screen is still white. I know the restore worked because I can take screenshots on the iPod and view them on the computer and the screenshots that I have are on the iPod configuration screen because it's restored to factory settings.
If you tried all the above Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to your Local Apple Store is the Next Step... Be sure to make an appointment first...
If you can still access apps then you could go into Settings>General>Accessibility>White on Black>Off. That might work.
