How can I share a download link to my files in my server on my website?
What are the ports I need to open? How can I generate the link to the file I want to share?

There's no easy or safe way to share files to the Internet directly from your personal computer. I suggest you upload them to a public server. Your ISP probably offers a limited amount of free webspace.
