Not able to connect iPhone to iPad using Bluetooth

IPhone4 keeps searching but not able to connect.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.0.1

I don't think you can connect them that way. Why would you want to connect them like that?

If you are using the app, Remote Keynote, then it would be usefull
