iTunes always restart after shut down

I can not quit iTunes 10.5.2 (11) with OS X Lion 10.7.2. It always restart automatically, even after I reboot my Mac (MacBook Pro 13").

I confugured System Preferences to avoid restart of applications and I don't put the cross while I don't of the computer to reopen windows after loggin.

I also tried to:

- delete iTunes preferences in the library

- delete completly and reinstall iTunes

- repair disk utilities

But none of these stuffs solve the issue
