Password recovery without losing data or paying
I forgot my Iphone password and i would like to know if there is any way to get back your password without losing data or paying?

No. There is no way to get it back even if you want to pay. You will have to restore your backup from the computer you last synced to to remove the passcode. This will wipe everything since the last backup.
If it's the restrictions passcode, you will have to wipe the phone and set it up as new. The restrictions passcode is part of the backup, the passcode to get into the phone is not.
