No, the Pogo uses a Bluetooth profile that the iPhone does not have. It was either the Printing profile or the Object Exchange profile. Regardless, the iPhone doesn't have that and until they do, the iPhone will not be compatible with Pogo. (Unless you jailbreak.)
Actually, there is a way, only you need a wireless network (ad-hoc should also work) created by a Mac 🙂 This even lets you print via Airprint.

Do you have any idea why my iphone 5 jpeg photos will not print to my polaroid pogo from my windows 7 bluetooth laptop? It will print all other photos that are on my laptop but refuses to print any photos that were originally taken with my iphone 5.
Personally I don't think the pogo is compatible with windows 7.
As for the pogo printing problem the only way I can see apple changing their Bluetooth permissions is if everyone who has and wants to use their pogo with their iPhone fills in the feedback page and saying about the Bluetooth connectivity.
I mean it is a bit ridiculous that the market leader has more limitations on Bluetooth than their competitors.
