To erase everything on the Time Capsule hard drive.......
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click Manual Setup
Click the Disk icon
Click the Disk tab just below the icon
Click Erase
The "Quick Erase" option will only take a moment or two
