Trace lost iphone 4S

Hi,

I lost my iphone 4s. Since it is coming switched off, I can't even trace even though I have "find my iphone" application installed and feature is enabled. GPS services was kept enabled.

1) Is there a way to trace the phone, if theif has switched off the phone, remove its SIM.

2) Or can Apple help in black listing the IMEI no. so that world wide phone can't be used.

Regards

Anil

Sorry, no.

Apple nor any carrier in the world will trace your phone, sorry, nor will Apple blacklist your phone. No mfg. anywhere in the world does this. Some carriers will blacklist lost/stolen phones, so contact yours to see if they will. The blacklisting only prevents use on their network or all networks in the same country, if the carriers in that country share blacklists.
