iPhone 4S mistake in location

Sometimes iPhone 4S lose his location, I'm from Barcelona and when I open Google Maps or share a Location in WhatsApp or look for the weather, it displays: Yangzhou. Also, the time (hour) of the phone change to the local time of Yangzhou.
