Reset a 24" Cinema Display? I have a 2009 24" LED Cinema display. All of a sudden, it has gone blank, even though it still charges my MacBook Pro and Audio is passed through via the USP connector? Any help would be appreciated

I have a 2009 24" LED Cinema Display. All of a sudden, it has gone blank, even though it still charges my Macbook Pro, and gets sound via the USB connector. I have checked it with another Macbook Pro, so it is not the Macbook, but the display.

The cable looks good with no sign of damage.

Any way to troubleshoot this at home?

Thanks,

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.2), Time Capsule 1 TB

Just letting you all know what happened for me with this problem. I had exactly the same symptoms, USB and magsafe power worked, sound was coming out from the Cinema Display speakers, but there was no picture. I tried mirroring and other displays changes, but still no go.

I read the troubleshooting guides, and one of the suggestions was to reset the power manager on your computer, so I tried that. For a MacBook Pro what you do is shut down, then hold Control-Shift-Option-Power Button for a few seconds, and let. After that you power on as usual.

Those steps completely fixed the issue with the monitor.
