1 permission remaining.

ipod touch 4G keeps asking for permission and i only have 1 remaining. what do i do. the weird thing is it asks permisssion on the same itunes on the same computer. it doesn't ask every time i connect to itunes however i am scared that i won't be able to connect to itunes anymore after the last permission.

help anyone?
