Everything is up to date. I followed the instructions from Apple on how to setup iCloud.
I got into Network and Internet (running Windows 7 home premium ASUS PC LAPTOP) and i click and i click and i click and it doesnt open. Except everything else will including MobileMe.... someone help please

Did you do the process of moving your MobileMe over to iCloud? If not then you will need to login to MobileMe account and transfer it to iCloud. http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html
I never used MbileMe it was downloaded with iTunes
I have the same problem on my Vista laptop. I double click the iCloud icon in Control Panel or try to access iCloud via the system tray icon and nothing happens - short flicker of the mouse icon then nothing.
I've never used mobile me. I'm having the same problem on a Dell Latitude 13 Windows 7 laptop. I install icloud and setup what I want synced, everything looks like it syncs successfully. When I close icloud, and click on the iCloud icon in the system tray or in the control panel, there is a short flicker of the cursor to the hour glass and then nothing happens.
