AppleUSBCDC: start - initDevice failed?

Hey guys,

Seems like every time my system wakes from hibernate this error shows up 5-6 times in Console. This is happening on my MacBookAir (late 2010) with 10.7,2. Did some Googling and seems like related to kernel cache? Has anyone seen this?
