im trying to update apps on iphone 4s but it says (cannot connect to itunes store)

i go to app store on my iphone 4s to update the apps i have which is six.i then type in my password and it then takes me to the app which i want to update and says loading but then out of the blue a very annoying message pops up (cannot connect you to itunes store).which i dont know the reason why.i have tryed all six app idividualy but still get that stupid message.....

i have gone into settings-store and then signed out and back in, i have also turned phone off and back on but still no joy

can anyone help me plz

Not a solution, but a good work-around...

Update the apps on your computer in iTunes, then sync them to your iPhone. Everything on your portable device should be on your computer, and backed-up, anyway.

Hey

Okay

1. Try sign-in on a laptop/desktop, just to verify your apple id is perefectly fine.

2. Close all the apps, reset network settings and reboot.

3. Make sure you are connected to Wifi connection since large apps would not download on cellular network/3g.

If you don;t have a lot of apps to update you can delete the apps which need updates. When you have only one update left it works normally. It worked for me I only had to reinstall a couple of apps. Good Luck!
