Q: The option for choosing the Proxies/Edit Proxies/Versions is grayed out
Hi,
I had a massive failure of 3 hd and had to reinstall the FCS. Luckily I had the Production and Proxies folders backed up on a different device, so I relinked them. The media work and appear in the Productions folder, however, I cannot see the choice for the Proxies in the Preferences pane. I can't create the paths to Proxies, Edit Proxies, nor the Versions (anything that is a Contentbase device) and the "Choose..." button is grayed out. All proxies are missing in the client, however if I look into the Proxies.bundle package, I see all the files there. Moreover when I do click Regenerate all the proxies, FCS creates a new ones, but I still cannot see the choice for setting the path to the Proxy device in the Preferences. So it looks like the FCS is recognizing the path, but doesn't show it in Preferences. Can I somewhat reestablish the connection to Contentbase devices (folders), so the paths would show up in the Preferences?
Thank you,
Kveto
