Hi I just buy my new iPod touch 4g and updated it and when I went throw the default built in application I couldnt find FaceTime and tryed to search and download it but I couldnt find it!? Can u help to get back or to find it please help me :(

Did you check if FaceTime is activated in Settings/FaceTime ->on ?
Also check your restrictions in Settings/General/Restrictions -> FaceTime
If the restrictions are enabled for FaceTime, the icon can't be found.
And there are some countries, where FaceTime is not part of the iOS5. Apple Tells Us Exactly Where FaceTime Is Not Available -- AppAdvice
I didn't find either in settings or in the restriction I only found sound settings for it in the notification section in the settings! And I checked the link and am living in one of those 5 countries :( but I still want the program in my iPod touch they no right to remove or hide it from my iPod! Please find me away to at least appear on my iPod by reinstalling the whole software or maybe reset the iPod touch and choose other region that Is not Benin blocked in one of those 5 countries isn't that one way around to use FaceTime? Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

There is no way FaceTime can be installed on an device bought in one of those countries, the iOS software does not include this feature, and the device is recognized as such by transmitting the serial number and other details to the Apple software server.
So I have to buy other new apple product throw Internet from out side of the I live in just to enjoy one future of apple software! What waste of time and money just to buy something doesn't even fully function... Well thanks for helping guys so kind of u and I appreciate thanks alot. :(
Other question please......when I wanted to download free applications it ask me to fill the billing addrsse but the upper section which ask you which way of payement u choose as visa card, PayPal card and ext.. Was on the none? ... So am wondering if no cradit card name was chosen and it was on none and it only force me to put my addresse and my phone number are they gonna charge me or is there hidden fees??! Please inform me coz am downloading many free applications...... Thanks again
Unless yu initially set up your accounfor free-apps only without a credit card, you need a valid payment method even for free apps. Yu will not be charged for free apps but yur card may have a temporay $1 charged as a hold.

No, as it says it only reset the screen layout, where the app are on the Home screens
