Siri Weather Location Problem

Hi to all,

I live in Skopje, Macedonia.
Asking Siri - "Is it going to rain tommorrow?" (or something like What's the weather...) gave me an answer:

While asking "What's the weather for Skopje" gave me this:

Location services - all on.
I live in the center of the city and this screenshot is made right there.
