Titanium PowerBook Won't Connect To My Belkin Wireless Network

I have an older TItanium PowerBook (800 Mhz. OS X 10.4.11) that has an Airport 802.11b card installed. I want it to connect to my Belkin home wireless network. I have the router configured to allow 802.11b, g, and n connections and it is using WPA-PSK. The PowerBook can see my network, but when I enter the password for the network, the PowerBook responds that "There was an error joining the Airport network (name of my network)" with a Try Again and an OK button. I can click Try Again over and over, but it never connects. OK just sends you out of the connect area. Any ideas on what i'm doing wrong or what I might have set on my router incorrectly to make this not work?

Thanks for your ideas!

PowerBook G4-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 2 Gb RAM, 800 Mhz.
