Additional content will not install

I have tried to download and install "Logic Pro & MainStage Additional Content" 3 times with no results. It will download a 4.6GB file, run through the install process but there is nothing to show for it when I restart Logic. I assume its 4.6GB of Apple Loops and plug-ins (etc) but nothing shows up.

I have a the log from the install if needed. I haven't posted it because it is huge. If you need to look at it, let me know and I'll post it.
