can you jog with the ipod touch

I heard that you shouldn't job using the old ipod classic but I was wondering if it was safe to job with the ipod touch without ruining something on it?

The old iPods used a reall rotatng hard disk and that is why running with them was not advised. The Ipod touch uses solid state (flash memory) storate and that is not a problem. Just do not drop it or get it sweaty.

The iPod Classic contains a spinning hard drive which can potentially be damaged by movement such as jogging. The iPod Touch uses flash memory which does not have that problem. So jogging with it is fine.
