Talkmobile tethering iPhone 3GS

Hello,

Does anyone know how to tether using the iPhone 3GS on the TalkMobile network. The network allows it but doesn't provide settings for the iPhone.

My phone was formerly used with Vodafone, my carrier continues to show as Vodafone.

When I press "Set Up Personal Hotspot" I get the message: "To enable Personal Hotspot on this account, visit http://www.vodafone... etc"

I know a few others are having this same problem.

Does anyone have a solution?
