I just got my Ipad 2 the Ipad is so cold :/

Don't try to 'warm' it up by setting it near heat or anything. it should be fine, but if you're worried, let it sit out on a table or something for an hour or so and let it warm up naturally. Like diavonex said, just watch out for condensation (a phenomenon that's plagued electronics since electronics were invented, cold material in a warm and humid room will encourage moisture to condense inside the device, given the relatively sealed nature of the iPad, shouldn't be an issue, just don't....set it on the toilet while you take your shower 🙂 )

The iPad operating temperature is 0 degrees C to 35 degrees C.

Just watchout for condensation.

Also take note that battery do not perform well under extreme cold weather.
