Apple will not refund apps that you hate. Only apps that are not installed correctly or do not work.

Perhaps you should actually read the terms (which you agreed to) in the App Store. All sales are final and as stevejobsfan0123 correctly stated, Apple does not refund purchases because you don't like an App. Be careful before you buy something.........
If the app description was misleading or does not work as described, you can report the app.
Yes, Apple have made the process user unfriendly. However, not all is lost. Use the Support / iTunes / Contact Support / ExpressLane to report problem with the App and request for a refund.
