Why doesn't Apple listen to its customers?

The 3 annoying things that I found with my new Iphone 4 seem to be an on-going issue since the first Iphone was made. 1. Apple does not let anyone create an App to turn off all of the power hungry settings such as wifi from the click of one button. The only solution I found on the internet was to jailbrake your Iphone and install SBsettings. 2. There is no app to completely silence the Iphone from the click of a button. You would think setting the hardware switch to Vibrate would be enough to tell the Iphone that you do not want to hear any sounds. It is not. 3. The I - products do not have bluetooth mouse support. I know it is a touchscreen, but it would be nice to be able to replace my laptop completely with a Iphone/Ipad, and that requires mouse support.

Actually Jerry to solve one of your problems there is an app in the app store that has a work around very simular to SBsettings. I have the paid app called IconProject which allows the same functions as Sbsettings without having to violating your agreement with apple or jailbreaking you phone. There is a free app that came out (shortly after I bought this one but I think it was only $0.99) which does the samething but I can not remember the name of it right now. I found the information on the iPhoneincanada blog, a google search should find that for you.
