Judging from the specs it has a MIDI IN/Out which means you would need a MIDI interface to connect it to your computer. Since it also has built in real sounds and riffs you may also want to consider connecting it to the computer via the Audio out jacks and an adapter, depending on your computer. My computer doesn't have a Sound in jack so I use an iMic to connect my mixer to my computer.

Will this work? No reason why not. MIDI is standard throughout the industry. Some devices have built in interfaces. This one doesn't. You will need the third party interface to connect it. Whichever interface you get, make sure it is OSX compatible. The interface I linked to is one I am using without problems in both OS 9 and OS 10.3.9. There are other interfaces that have Audio out and MIDI out in the same unit. They are considerably more expensive.

Note: It is the interface that needs to be compatible, not the device itself, since MIDI is standard.

Fyi;
Setups vary with each person. I am very happy with my set up. It is inexpensive, I get very quiet input and excellent gain control with the mixer and the MIDI works flawlessly, the MIDI controller adding some nice features:
