(a) upgrading to Lion doesn't remove Pages. So normally there is no need to re-install Pages
(b) as the OP prove to be unable to say exactly what he installed it's difficult to help him.
I listed the Pages '09 versions numbers but knowing if he use Pages as a component of the iWork package or Pages as a single application bought to the MAS would be useful too.
If reinstalling Pages (or iWork) is required, before doing that, the first thing to do would be to uninstall completely the existing copy.
