incomplete album artwork on ios devices

I have justy updated all my devices to run on icloud, and it is amazing, my iphone has been playing my complete list of over 9000 songs as I drive around, however, there seems to be a problem with the artwork, in coverflow mode the album artwork is visible, but in portrait mode when each track is listed separately, I get a blank album page as though there is no artwork associated with the songs.

anyone else experiencing this?
