Where is my Library folder in Lion?

Where is my Library folder in Lion?

When I open a finder window, and click on a user, I cannot find my Library folder.

Any help would be appreciated,

in Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu and your users Library will appear...

Once you've opened that Library folder, if you want to have it available in the Finder window Sidebar, note the small representation of a folder that sits just in front of the word Library in the title area of the window. Drag that small icon into the Favorites area of the Sidebar, and it should then be available anytime.
