Re-Enable Bonjour/Home Sharing?

Hi all,

When I opened up my iTunes today, it says that the "Bonjour Service has been disabled" and that I have to re-enable it.

I have already tried the following methods:

Running msconfig

Computer, Manage, Services, Restart.

Re-Installing Bonjour

I am running the following:

iTunes 10.5.2

Vista Home Premium (x64)

iPod Touch 4G (5.0.1)

Remote 2.2

If anything more information is needed, please advise.
