When i try to start the Mail app on my iPhone it shows me a Message saying i cannont receive Mail and that i hace to check my Mail id and password but When i do so nothing happens and it still does not connect

Delete your mail account from your iPhone and set the mail account all over again. Make sure your email add and the password is valid

Can you access the email account through computer?
Do you subscribed to DATA service with your carrier?
Is the cellular data button is ON?
Check Cellular Data Network setting - is it correct?
If still not working, why not try add a different email account, see what will happen.
