print with iPhone 4 thru time capsule?

hi I have this configuration

imac connect to time capsule pro backup with cable

macbook pro connect to time machine with wireless

printer connect to time capsule with usb port

ATV connect wireless with imac and macbook pro

that is perfect, printer connect to time capsule permit me print in wireless with my macbook pro and with my imac.

why with my iphon 4 is impossible to print?

I must connect printer with ethernet cable for resolve this problem?

printer is officejet pro 8000 usb or ethernet connection.

iOS uses only airprint capable printer.. I suspect the officejet is too old. Google for airprint.. But there maybe an app to help it print to something other than airprint. Agan google will reveal all.
