Im trying to setup for an olympus TG 310 inserted the disc doulble click and got MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENT error we run 10.5.8 should be ok any answers

Looks like you indeed meet the sysreqs. YOu might try c=downloadin ghte softatw package from teh Olympus site to get a fresher version.

I have a TG 810 and a 1080 before that. To be honest I was never impressed with the Olympus software (mainly because the version I had supplied would only work when logged-in to the OS X Admin account - which is a less secure way of working and so not my norm).
I'd recommend just using iPhoto, Apeture or Image Capture instead.
