hi i synced videos to my iphone couple of days ago, it all worked very good, i tried to watch videos today but when i entered the video app (Original iphone app) videos didnt have thumbnails some of them worked and some didnt. why?

hi i synced videos to my iphone couple of days ago, it all worked very good, i tried to watch videos today but when i entered the video app (Original iphone app) videos didnt have thumbnails some of them worked and some didnt. why? and another problem is with my ringtones i synced ringtones to my iphone they are working with call tones, but for sms tones they worked first but now they are not working, the phone wont ring
